What types of heavy equipment do you rent?
We rent JCBs (3CX and 4CX), excavators (1.6T to 30T), mobile and crawler cranes (25T to 250T), forklifts (3T to 25T, diesel and electric), bobcats / skid-steers, telehandlers, wheel loaders, recovery vehicles and low-bed trailers.
Do you deliver equipment to construction sites in the UAE?
Yes. We deliver across all 7 UAE emirates — Dubai, Sharjah, Abu Dhabi, Ajman, Al Ain, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, and Umm Al Quwain. Standard fleet typically on site within 2–4 hours of confirmed booking in Dubai and Sharjah.
What rental terms do you offer?
Daily, weekly, monthly and long-term (project-based) rentals. Long-term contracts receive preferential rates. We don't lock you into penalty-heavy contracts — extensions and early returns are flexible.
Are operators included with the rental?
Yes. We can provide certified, experienced operators for most equipment, or supply machinery on a bare-rental basis. Our operators hold valid UAE RTA / municipality cards and are covered by our insurance during the hire.
How quickly can equipment be delivered?
For standard fleet equipment we typically dispatch within 2–4 hours of confirmed booking within the same emirate. Specialized equipment (e.g. 100T+ cranes) may require 24–48 hours depending on transport permits.
What does the rental rate include?
Standard rates include the machine, scheduled servicing, basic wear-and-tear, and breakdown support. Delivery, fuel, operator, and insurance can be bundled or itemized. Every quote includes a clear breakdown.
Do you service Abu Dhabi and Al Ain?
Yes. While our main yard is in Dubai, we operate a logistics corridor to Abu Dhabi city, Abu Dhabi industrial areas, and Al Ain. Same-day delivery is possible for most equipment; otherwise, we confirm timing with each quote.
What happens if equipment breaks down on my site?
Call or WhatsApp our 24/7 breakdown line. We dispatch a service technician within hours, or — if the machine can't be repaired on site — we swap it with a like-for-like replacement. Downtime costs are our problem.
Do you offer recovery and equipment transportation?
Yes. We have recovery vehicles and low-bed trailers that transport non-running machinery between sites or to/from workshops. Useful for breakdowns and project-to-project equipment moves.
Are you insured and licensed?
Yes. AQL Equipment Rental is a UAE-registered company with full commercial vehicle and equipment insurance, municipality trade licenses, and operator certifications. We can provide documentation on request.
Can I rent equipment for a single day?
Yes, daily rentals are available for most fleet items. 1-day minimum applies, with reduced rates for longer terms. Common for short concrete pours, deliveries, or specific task work.
Do you provide site assessments?
For large or complex projects, we can arrange a site visit to recommend the right equipment spread, quantities, and scheduling. Included at no cost for confirmed project clients.
What payment terms do you offer?
Short-term rentals: payment on delivery or as agreed. Long-term contracts (30+ days): monthly invoicing. Established corporate clients with credit history may qualify for net-30 terms.

Do you supply attachments?
