Last updated: January 2026. These terms govern your use of equipment rental services from AQL Equipment Rental.
By engaging AQL Equipment Rental for equipment hire, you agree to these terms. A formal rental agreement will be provided for each hire period.
Rental periods begin on the date of equipment delivery to your site and end on the date of equipment collection. Minimum rental periods may apply for certain equipment types.
All quotations are valid for 14 days unless otherwise stated. Payment terms are as agreed in the rental contract. Long-term contracts (30+ days) are invoiced monthly. Late payment may incur interest charges.
Delivery and collection are scheduled with the customer. Customer is responsible for ensuring site access for our low-bed trailers. Cancellation within 24 hours of scheduled delivery may incur a dispatch fee.
Customer agrees to:
AQL maintains comprehensive insurance covering equipment during transit and hire. Customer is responsible for site safety, third-party liability, and any damage caused by misuse.
For any equipment malfunction during the hire period, contact us immediately at +971 58 515 6313. We provide 24/7 breakdown support and will repair or replace equipment as needed.
Equipment may be returned earlier than the contracted period with reasonable notice. Refunds for unused rental days are calculated pro-rata, less any applicable minimum hire charges.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Dubai courts.
