Six Factors That Change Your Quote
Duration
The single biggest lever. Weekly and monthly hires run 20–40% below the daily equivalent — if your job runs past two weeks, ask for the monthly rate before signing anything daily.
Wet vs dry hire
An operator, fuel and maintenance bundled in costs more per day but removes wages, diesel and downtime risk from your side of the ledger.
Delivery distance
Charged per trip by distance and machine size. A mini excavator moves on a small trailer; a 30T excavator needs a low-bed.
Attachments
Breakers, augers and special buckets add to the rate. Tell us the job and we'll spec only what you need.
Permits & escorts
Abnormal or oversized moves need RTA permits and sometimes escorts — priced into the delivery, not hidden in the invoice.
Availability & season
Peak construction months tighten supply on popular classes. Booking a day ahead beats booking at 7am on the day.
Pricing FAQ
Are these rental rates fixed?
No — they are indicative 2026 guide ranges for the UAE. Your written quote depends on duration, operator requirements, attachments and delivery distance, and is confirmed before dispatch.
How much cheaper are weekly and monthly rentals?
Weekly and monthly hires typically run 20–40% below the daily-rate equivalent. Projects of three months or longer can be negotiated further, including embedded operator arrangements.
Does the rate include delivery?
Guide rates exclude delivery. Delivery and collection are quoted per trip based on distance, and included as a clear line item in every written quote.
What is the difference between wet and dry hire pricing?
Wet hire includes a certified operator, fuel and maintenance in one figure. Dry hire is the machine only — cheaper per day, but you cover operator, fuel and daily checks.
